摘要

Abstract

This paper intends to improve the heat storage performance of erythritol and mannitol com-posite phase change materials.The study involves adding the expanded graphite to erythritol and mannitol as an additive;carrying out the phase analysis and chemical structure analysis of the composite phase change materials by using X-ray diffractometer and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer respectively;and investigating the effects of the expanded graphite on the heat storage performance and shape-setting performance of erythritol/mannitol composite phase change materials were by the synchronous thermal an-alyzer and electrothermal vacuum drying oven.The results show that with the increase of the proportion of expanded graphite in the composite phase change material,the melting temperature of the composite phase change material decreases,and the crystallization temperature increases first and then decreases,the overall crystallization performance is greatly improved,together with the enhancement of the shape-setting performance of the composite phase change material and the improvement of the energy storage performance.When the mass of the added expanded graphite reaches 15%of the total mass,the crystal-lization temperature is 81.1℃,the crystallization phase change enthalpy reaches 126.5 J/g,and the en-ergy storage conversion rate is up to 58.95%.
