固化成型多点可调式模具的补偿研究
Research on compensation of multi-point adjustable molds based on solidification molding

Abstract
This paper proposes a compensation analysis method based on a new type of multi-point adjustable mold for curing and forming to solve the deformation problem of composite materials during cu-ring.Based on the multi-point forming theory,the study involves adjusting the shape of the mold with 36 rods to compensate for the deformation of the composite component;determining the compensation amount of each node based on the measured data provided by a certain aircraft manufacturing company;consider-ing the nonlinear adjustment relationship between each adjusting rod and the corresponding mold surface node;collecting the offset change data of the rods and the corresponding nodes through the explicit dy-namics simulation;and monitoring the offset of each node in real time by using an optical tracking tech-nology.The results show that the simulated adjustment relationship between the rods and the correspond-ing nodes is consistent with the actual adjustment trend.The proposed compensation analysis method based on the new type of multi-point adjustable mold for curing and forming can compensate for the de-formation of composite components by establishing an iterative algorithm in the future.关键词
