摘要

Abstract

This paper aims to systematically analyze the linkage effects of the affecting factors on car-bon emission efficiency for establishing a theoretical system to improve carbon emission efficiency in ener-gy enterprise based on the"Technology Organization Environment"(TOE)framework.The study in-volves calculating the carbon emission efficiency of the energy enterprises with the super efficiency SBM model;and systematically exploring the configuration mechanism of various influencing factors on carbon emission efficiency in combination with the necessary condition analysis and fuzzy set qualitative compara-tive analysis.The results indicate that the necessary condition of achieving high carbon emission efficien-cy for energy enterprises is not the single factor but the interaction of the technology,organization,and environment.The driving paths for achieving high carbon emission efficiency in energy enterprises in-clude all factor driving,the organizational leadership,and the technology organization collaboration;and the driving paths for non high carbon emission efficiency include the triple deficiency type,the organiza-tion environment dual deficiency type,and the technology organization dual deficiency type.From the perspective of the impact paths of both high carbon emission efficiency and non high carbon emission effi-ciency,the resource allocation efficiency is the key factor affecting the carbon emission efficiency of ener-gy enterprises.
