某含锂花岗岩中铁锂云母、石英及长石综合回收试验研究
Experimental study on comprehensive recovery of iron lithium mica,quartz and feldspar in a lithium-bearing granite

Abstract
Comprehensive utilization of mineral resources is an important measure to achieve the construction of tail-less and waste free green mines and improve the economic benefits of mines.The main useful minerals in a lithium mica mine in Hunan province are iron lithium mica,quartz,and feldspar,and the valuable component Li2O in the ore has a mass fraction of 0.360%.Lithium mainly exists in iron lithium mica.In order to achieve high-value utilization of the lithium mica ore,comprehensive recovery experiments of iron lithium mica,quartz,and feldspar were carried out based on process mineralogy research.The test results show that on the basis of the Li2O content of the lithium mica ore is 0.360%,and the theoretical grade of Li2O is 1.93%for pure zinnwaldite.The grade of Li2O is 1.78%,and the recovery of Li2O is 81.11%of the zinnwaldite concentrate can be obtained by adopting the process of lithium crude concentrate-regrinding-desludging-flotation.Meanwhile,the quartz sand and feldspar products obtained by the quartz-feldspar mixed ore gravity separation strong magnetic separation-scrubbing-flotation process can meet the quality requirements of quartz sand for low-iron photovoltaic and the requirements of qualified feldspar for flat glass,respectively.This beneficiation process realizes the effective enrichment of lithium in low-grade lithium mica ore,and at the same time obtains quartz sand and feldspar products that meet the quality requirements of the relevant indus-tries,which can provide corresponding technical references for the development and utilization of this type of lithium mica ore.关键词
