数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响机制研究
Research on the Mechanism of Influence of Digital Transformation on High-quality Development of Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Based on the resource-based theory and information asymmetry theory,this paper uses Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2023 as samples to verify the relationship between digital transformation,green innovation,and high-quality enterprise development using a bidirectional fixed-effects model.The research results show that digital transforma-tion has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of enterprises,and digital transformation indirectly exerts a positive impact on high-quality enterprise development through green innovation.Both corporate social responsibility and enterprise risk-taking levels positively moderate the effect of digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises.关键词
