Abstract

In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of phosphogypsum and expand its application range,this paper prepared phosphogypsum based composite cementitious materials using phosphogypsum,slag,and carbide slag as raw materials.By conducting mixed material design test and phosphogypsum modification test,the mathemati-cal model for the mechanical properties and raw material content of the composite cementitious material was estab-lished.The influence of raw material content and phosphogypsum modification methods on its mechanical properties was studied,and the optimal ratio and phosphogypsum modification scheme of the composite cementitious material were obtained.The research results show that based on the model calculation and optimization of the 28 days compres-sive strength and raw material content of composite cementitious material specimens,the optimal ratio of composite cementitious material obtained is ω(phosphogypsum)∶ω(slag)∶ω(carbide slag)=31∶57∶12.The predicted values of various strength indicators have an error of less than 10%compared to the measured values,indicating high reliabil-ity of this model;The optimal content range of carbide slag is 10%-15%,and the optimal content ratios of phospho-gypsum to calcium carbide slag,slag to calcium carbide slag are 2∶1-3.5∶1 and 3.7∶1-6∶1;The composite cementitious material was prepared by ball milling for 45 min and synergistic modification of phosphogypsum with mass fraction of 1%ammonia aqueous solution.The 28 day flexural strength and 28 day compressive strength reached 8.58 MPa and 38.56 MPa,respectively,which were 22.92%and 29.14%higher than the unmodified group,and comparable to the cement control group.The research results can provide theoretical basis for composite cementitious materials to replace cement in engineering applications,and also provide a new way for the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste.
