摘要

Abstract

Suillus luteus,a rare wild fungus used as a source of both the edible food and Chinese medicines,has an important economic and medicinal value.In this study,single factor test combining with the use of response surface methodology was carried out to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide in S.luteus.HPAEC and FTIR were used furthermore to analyze the structure of purified polysaccharide substances.Antioxidant activity of the polysaccharides in vitro,moreover,was determined by commercially available analysis kits.Optimal conditions for the extraction of polysaccharide were demonstrated as follows;an extraction time of 168.83 min,a temperature of 68.97 ℃ and a ratio of 45.1∶1.0 between the liquid volume(mL)and material weight(g),in which extraction rate of polysaccharide reached the maximum value of 6.24%.The polysaccharide detected in S.luteus was mainly composed of heteropolysaccharides,consisting of nine monosaccharides where glucose accounted for the largest proportion,and had a strong ability to scavenge free radicals in vitro in dependence upon doses.The above results obtained from this study should provide a basis of research for the development and utilization of S.luteus in future.
