摘要

Abstract

Establishing carbon emission trading markets and green certificate markets is an important strategy for China to a-chieve its"dual carbon"goals.However,existing research mostly analyzes market coupling relationships from the economic per-spective of power generators,ignoring the situation of users entering the carbon market.In response to this deficiency,it is conside-red that urea suppliers are manufacturers that use carbon dioxide as a production factor,and the impact of participating in the mar-ket as users.A dual layer optimization model for urea producers to participate in the carbon certification market was proposed,in-troducing a decision-making mechanism for user participation in the carbon market.From the perspectives of profit and carbon re-duction,the impact of urea merchants as a special user on market decision-making was studied.The results indicate that the par-ticipation of urea producers in the carbon certification market can generate a"1+1>2"effect.The participation of urea producers in the carbon market can significantly improve the overall efficiency of the coupled market.Increasing the proportion of green certifi-cates and reducing carbon quotas will decrease the production of urea producers.
