摘要

Abstract

The underground belt conveyor in coal mines generates a large amount of dust during coal transportation,which not only endangers the health of workers,but also may lead to dust explosion accidents.In order to improve the safety and cleaning level of coal mine production and promote the occupational health assurance work of mines,this paper summarizes the research status of dust control technology for belt conveyors in China's coal mines,analyzes the dust generation mechanism and diffusion law of belt conveyors,summarizes the applicable environment,advantages and disadvantages of spray dust reduction,negative pressure dust removal,sealing dust suppression,cleaning tech-nology and intelligent control,designs an intelligent spray dust reduction system for belt conveyors,and looks forward to the future research direction from the in-depth application of intelligent and big data technology,research and development of green environmental protection technology,integration and modularization of dust control equipment,and research on dust control technology tailored to local conditions.
