Abstract

To address the current challenges in the safe operation,maintenance,and management of expressway electromechanical systems,which lack a foundational problem-solving basis,a multi-tiered evaluation system is established for the operational condition of expressway electromechanical equipment.An assessment method is proposed combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with hierarchical analysis.The method involves constructing a judgment matrix and applying a consistency test to confirm the rationality.The fuzzy evaluation matrix is developed using the enhanced triangular membership function,which is integrated with the weight vector to perform a comprehensive evaluation.As a case study,an expressway electromechanical system in Hunan Province is examined,and the results indicate that the average score of electromechanical equipment on the expressway is 80.55 points and generally operating well.However,there are discrepancies in the operational condition of the monitoring system and lighting facilities and the score below 80 points.The high incidence of equipment failures and their short duration are identified as the primary issues.The expressway demonstrates a high capacity for emergency response to equipment failures,with a low incidence of major failures and a high level of maintenance.The model presented here can efficiently and accurately assess the operational status of expressway electromechanical equipment in real-world applications.Compared to traditional methods,it significantly enhances the comprehensiveness and scientific rigor of the operational condition evaluation of expressway electromechanical equipment.Consequently,it provides robust decision-making support for the operation,maintenance,and reconstruction of expressway electromechanical systems.
