Abstract
In a large-scale robot competition,shooting robots are the most basic yet flexible robot unit.Among them,infantry robots are highly regarded in every game due to their flexible positioning,fast firing rate,and excellent human-machine interaction.In order to improve the stability of the robot's shooting performance and solve the problems of jamming and the vulnerability of the feeding structure in the shooting structure,finite element analysis is conducted on the dial in the infantry robot feeding system as the research objective.Firstly,SolidWorks software is used for 3D modeling,and the simulation plugin of the software is used to analyze the resonance frequency of the parts directly affected by motor vibration.Then,the model diagram is imported into AbaqusCAE software for static stress analysis of key stressed parts.By analyzing the resonance frequency,the dangerous resonance frequency can be obtained to determine the degree of structural damage caused by resonance.By adding real loads to obtain static stress cloud maps,the reliability of its bearing capacity can be analyzed to make further judgments on the material selection of the part,ensuring that key components are not damaged due to unreasonable design and material selection,and that they meet the strength requirements of the robot during normal operation.关键词
