摘要

Abstract

By utilizing the simulation function of RobotStudio software,a set of industrial robot arc welding workstations is simulated and designed.The entire workstation design is completed through steps such as workstation construction,robot system configuration,I/O configuration,parameter settings,program writing,and debugging.The simulation design of the workstation is close to the actual effect of arc welding,reflecting the functions of the ABB industrial robot ArcWare arc welding package and the intelligence of PathRecovery.Through simulation observation of the impact of various input signals on arc welding,changes in output during the welding process,and the trajectory of the welding gun at the end of operation,the entire workstation simulation runs well and can effectively guide the construction of real arc welding workstations.
