Design and Simulation Testing of VTOL Based Freight Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
摘要
Abstract
A VTOL-based cargo drone is proposed,which solves the two difficulties of traditional logistics methods being difficult or even impossible to reach target locations due to rugged terrain,and traditional distribution consuming high manpower,material resources,and financial resources,which cannot meet the low-cost,high-efficiency logistics transportation needs through research on mechanical structure,electronic control,and other parts.In addition to solving the above two difficulties,combining the advantages of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircrafts,the drone is designed through industrial software modeling such as CATIA and Solidworks,and the reliability and feasibility of the drone are verified through Flow Simulation.From the aspects of principle analysis and structural and functional design,multiple main design principles and design methods of this type of drone are summarized and expounded.FreeRTOS operating system and STM32 microcontroller are used to achieve specific functions of this type of drone,thus solving existing logistics transportation problems.The results show that the UAV has excellent flight capabilities,combining the functions of fixed-wing and rotary-wing,solving the problem of transportation of UAVs in special geographical environments,with strong practicality and high cost performance.关键词
