Abstract
Anchor bolt machine is a commonly used large-scale machinery in tunnel excavation construction,mainly used for tunnel construction,coal mine operations,underground deep foundation pit support,tunnel surrounding rock stability,and prevention of soil and rock landslides.It is an important equipment to ensure the safety and quality of the construction process.Based on the actual needs of enterprises,a device using a truss type robotic arm is designed to automatically transport anchor rods to the upper rod area of the anchor rod,in response to the problems of relying on manual labor,long time consumption,high labor intensity,and high requirements for the physical strength and technical level of the operator in the process of upward rod operation of the tunnel anchor rod machine.By analyzing the operation process required for anchoring,with the goal of improving the efficiency of anchoring,a mechanical structure design scheme for an automated anchoring system consisting of three subsystems:anchor feeding,parallel transportation,and automatic gripping is proposed,and the overall layout of the automated anchoring device is determined.The device is of great significance in replacing traditional manual operations,improving work efficiency,and reducing labor intensity.关键词
