基于S7-1512型PLC的驱动车桥差速器生产线控制系统设计
Design of Control System for Drive Axle Differential Production Line Based on CPU1512 PLC

Abstract
In view of the rather low degree of automation currently existing in the drive axle differential production line,along with the poor precision in pressure and displacement control,which consequently impacts the production efficiency and safe production of the system,the pressure and displacement control methods in the press-fitting link of the production line are studied,and a design scheme of system based on the TIA Portal V16 fully automated integrated development environment is presented.Through the analysis of requirements and system security,the overall structure block diagram of the system is determined,and the displacement-pressure cascade control strategy of the press-fitting system is given,in which the displacement control is the main loop and the pressure control is the sub-loop.Siemens S7-1512PLC is used as the controller to carry out the hardware design,software design,and monitoring interface design of the system.Simulation and testing results show that the system can realize the production and processing of the differential within a certain accuracy range;it can constantly control the pressure output and the displacement amount of the pressure head;in the maintenance link,it can accurately detect the technical parameters of each device to meet the standards;the safety protection function of the system can ensure the stable operation of the system and the safety of the operators.关键词
