摘要

Abstract

Due to the low efficiency and accuracy of traditional insulation oil chromatography analysis,it is affected by human factors.Therefore,a chromatographic robot control is proposed based on a universal controller as the core.The system considers full automation and fast response of chromatographic analysis,and the controller realizes external devices such as servo and sensor through EtherCAT industrial bus control and data interaction,the upper computer achieves control and interaction between the controller,chromatograph,and shaker through network communication,thereby achieving fully automatic chromatographic analysis of insulating oil.Users only need to place the oil sample to be analyzed in a specific storage area,control the upper computer to select the quantity and type of oil samples,and start the chromatographic analysis system to automatically complete the oil injection of the oil sample gas injection sleeve cap,vibration degassing,sample injection and other processes.Through comparative analysis of actual transformer oil samples,the experimental results show that the control system has stable performance and insulation oil,the repeatability and accuracy of component analysis meet the requirements of national standards.
