基于CPAC的物料搬运平台控制系统设计
Design of Material Handling Platform Control System Based on CPAC
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at a specific material handling platform,a hardware system based on solid high CPAC platform is developed.The system integrates the core components of embedded motion controller,sensor,step motor and solenoid valve.The embedded motion controller is responsible for receiving instructions,processing data and controlling the actions of the actuators.The sensor is responsible for real-time monitoring the location of the material box,speed and other key parameters to ensure the accuracy of the handling process.The step-by-step motor undertakes the task of transporting the material box.The solenoid valve is responsible for controlling the gas circuit on and off,to ensure that the system in different working conditions can be stable and efficient operation.Based on Otostudio,the software and man-machine interface of the control system is designed by using ST language.The user can know the running state and parameter setting of the system intuitively through the visual interface.Through the man-machine interface,the user can easily realize the functions of parameter input and reading,system return to zero and system running state monitoring.The experiment shows that the system can carry the material box,and the man-machine interface can control the hardware system effectively.关键词
