Abstract
Objective:This study aims to elucidate the design and development process of small molecule inhibitors targeting Tyrosine kinase 2(TYK2)in recent years,as well as to evaluate their potential application value in the treatment of autoimmune diseases.Methods:A comprehensive literature review was conducted to systematically analyze the pharmacological properties,biological activities,and design strategies of TYK2 inhibitors.Results:Compared with non-selective JAK inhibitors,TYK2 inhibitors have demonstrated superior safety and efficacy profiles.Conclusion:The design and development of small molecule TYK2 kinase inhibitors are crucial for creating new,safe,and effective therapeutic agents for autoimmune diseases.The successful approval of Deucravacitinib marks a new era in TYK2-targeted therapy and provides new directions for future drug development.关键词
