摘要

Abstract

In the MAG welding training process,the height of the welding workbench cannot be adjusted.In order to solve the problem of tall students bending over for a long time and short students feeling tired from lifting their hands for a long time,a lifting MAG welding training device based on STC89C51 microcontroller control is designed,consisting of mechanical components and microcontroller control system.Firstly,the structural design and functional characteristics of mechanical components are introduced.Secondly,based on the target function,STC89C51 is selected for control system design.The control system includes hardware,hardware circuits,and software.The hardware circuit mainly consists of the main controller circuit,display and button circuit,motor control circuit,and other circuits.The software is programmed in C language.Finally,the main program and key subroutines of the control system are debugged.The results show that the welding training device based on microcontroller control has the characteristics of simple operation,convenient adjustment,and good comfort,meeting the needs of people of different heights,and has a significant promoting effect on improving students'welding operation skills.
