摘要

Abstract

During the acceptance of a cement soil subgrade on a certain road,it was found that the compaction degree and 7-day unconfined compressive strength did not meet the design requirements.For this reason,my project department analyzed the reasons and reviewed the con-struction records,and found that the cement soil construction lasted for as long as 5 hours,which far exceeded the initial setting time of the ce-ment,resulting in a loss of cement strength and unqualified acceptance of the cement soil subgrade.In order to accurately grasp the relation-ship between the strength indicators of cement soil and the variation of construction time,this article conducts experimental analysis on the cor-relation between two inspection indicators of cement soil and construction time,identifies the influencing rules,and optimizes the construction process of the test section to control the construction time not exceeding 3 hours.After completion,all acceptance indicators meet the design re-quirements.
