吴茱萸属植物甲醇提取物对3种仓储害虫的驱避活性研究
Repellent Activity of Methanol Extracts from Evodia Plants Against Three Stored-product Insects
摘要
Abstract
The repellent activity of 7 methanol extracts from Evodia plants against three stored-product insects,Tribolium castaneum,Lasioderma serricorne,and Liposcelis bostrychophila were tested by filter paper diffussion method.All of the extracts showed good repellent activity(PR>60%)against T.castaneum at the highest concentration(213.89 μg/cm2)after 2 h of exposure.Extracts of E.rutaecarpa Huang fruits and E.daniellii leaves exhibited repellency of 73%and 67%(ClassⅣ)at the concentration of 185.29 μg/cm2 against L.bostrychophila after 2 h of exposure.Most extracts exhibited a mild attractant effect on L.serricorne at certain concentrations.The findings indicate that methanol extracts have promising potential for the management and control of stored-product insects.关键词
