资本主义"过度城市化"的发展陷阱、正义危机与反思批判
The Development Trap of"Overbanization"in Capitalism:A Crisis of Justice and Critical Reflection
摘要
Abstract
Urbanization has brought about significant transformations in human landscapes,social struc-tures,and spiritual spaces.While modern cities have contributed to the creation of contemporary civiliza-tion,they also conceal underlying essences and purposes.The driving force behind capitalist urbanization is the need to satisfy capital expansion;its essence can be described as"the urbanization of capital."Due to the disorderly and greedy nature of capital expansion,the production and development of urban space have deviated from established humanistic trajectories,leading some countries and regions to experience phenomena of"overurbanization."By deeply analyzing the dominant logic of capitalist institutional urbani-zation,the differences in factors influencing spatial form changes,and the dislocation between urban mod-ernization and governance modernization,it becomes evident that urbanization lacking industrial support will inevitably fall into traps of social development and crises of justice.The advancement of urbanization should align with a country's(or region's)level of economic development while adhering to local socio-economic developmental laws.Industrialization,urbanization,and modernization must maintain institu-tional balance throughout their intrinsic processes.In the next phase of urbanization,developing countries should not only draw lessons from successful experiences in earlier capitalist nation'paths but also remain vigilant against their shortcomings.China ought to critically assess so-called Western experiences on the path toward modernization by employing a scientific systematized approach with multidimensional perspec-tives to analyze new trends,changes,and issues related to urbanization-ultimately forming a uniquely Chinese pathway for modernized urban development.关键词
