摘要

Abstract

A set of automatic stone detection devices has been designed to address the harsh working environment and low level of automation in stone processing plants.The NX electromechanical concept design module(MCD)is utilized to establish basic electromechanical objects,motion pairs and constraints,coupling pairs,materials,sensors and actuators,signals,etc.Logic programs are designed according to the motion process to add signals corresponding to PLC to the entire stone detection system in order to realize the orderly operation of each process.Virtual simulation and debugging using the NX MCD module and Siemens PLC are conducted.Problems encountered during motion processes are identified through virtual debugging and solutions are proposed.The feasibility of the device is verified through simulation of the improved scheme.Additionally,technical parameters of key components of the equipment are determined.The joint simulation has reduced research and development costs and time,and also provides reference for stone quality inspection of stone production enterprises.
