Abstract

Due to the significant impact of various error sources(including machine tool errors,installation errors,process errors,and operation errors)on machining accuracy during CNC machining,improving machining quality and efficiency faces enormous challenges.Therefore,based on systematic experiments,the specific impact of these error sources on CNC machining accuracy is studied,and corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.The study uses aluminum alloy 6061-T6 and tungsten carbide ball nose milling cutters to conduct experiments on a CNC machine tool model CK-600,covering operators with different levels of experience,various installation accuracy combinations,and cutting parameters.After processing,GLOBAL-S coordinate measuring machine is used for accuracy measurement,and SPSS 23.0 software is applied to process the data.The results indicate that thermal deformation and vibration are the main influencing factors in machine tool errors.In the analysis of installation errors,inaccurate workpiece positioning and tool clamping have the greatest impact on the machining results.Process error analysis shows that appropriate cutting speed and feed rate can significantly improve machining quality.The analysis of operational errors indicates that the operator's level of experience is a key factor affecting machining accuracy.Based on the above findings,it is recommended that manufacturing enterprises adopt high-precision installation equipment,optimize cutting parameters,regularly maintain and calibrate machine tools,and strengthen operator training to ensure efficient and high-quality CNC machining.These measures not only significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of CNC machining,but also contribute to enhancing the overall competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.
