摘要

Abstract

With the increase in renovation efforts and coverage of old residential areas,the number of elevators installed is increasing.The continuous growth of the elevator installation market has also driven the optimization and development of elevator installation construction technology.Steel structure elevator shafts have gradually replaced traditional reinforced concrete elevator shafts and are widely used.However,steel structure shafts may experience metal material deformation,settlement and tilting during elevator operation,affecting the overall stability of the shaft.In severe cases,it may even cause safety accidents such as damage to existing building structures and wall tearing.Due to the lack of relevant monitoring and detection methods for the settlement problem of steel structure elevator shafts,the implementation method,monitoring content,and system design of BDS settlement monitoring for the installation of elevator steel structure shafts are analyzed and studied based on the successful application case of the BeiDou satellite navigation system.By deploying BeiDou monitoring equipment on two typical steel structure shafts and building a BDS steel structure shaft settlement monitoring platform,the feasibility of using the system for steel structure shaft settlement monitoring is verified.The implementation of system functions and displacement monitoring results indicate that the application of BDS in steel structure shaft settlement monitoring is feasible.The system monitoring data accuracy can reach millimeter level,meeting the requirements of shaft settlement tilt monitoring and providing a data analysis method for the safety of installing elevators.
