摘要

Abstract

The field of flexible DC transmission systems,especially the installation of radiator components,involves automatic screw tightening technology.In the existing technology,the tightening of radiator screws is achieved through manual operation of torque wrenches,which makes it easy for personnel to experience fatigue and has low efficiency.Screws with different specifications and torque values need to be replaced with different torque wrenches,and multiple torque wrenches need to be purchased for use,increasing the workload of tool management and resulting in low tool utilization.In order to solve this problem,a screw automatic tightening equipment with corresponding configuration requirements and system composition was developed by investigating the screw tightening process and tightening parameters.It includes a frame,locking screw mechanism,and workpiece movement mechanism.The product is placed on the workpiece movement mechanism,which drives the product to move below the locking screw mechanism;The locking screw mechanism includes a base,a lateral sliding seat,a driving seat,a vertical driving component,a connecting seat,a connecting mechanism,a limiting mechanism,an electric screwdriver,an anti detachment mechanism,a vertical sliding seat,a screwdriver head assembly,a nail clamping mechanism,etc;The base is directly connected to the rack.This automatic screw tightening equipment can work continuously for a long time,meet the tightening requirements of radiator screws,improve screw tightening efficiency by 30%,save labor costs,and reduce personnel fatigue during operation.
