Abstract
Gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(GIS)is the key equipment for ensuring the safe operation and reliable power supply of the power system.Metal particles inside the AC GIS will undergo jumping motion under the action of the electric field,leading to insulation damage between high and low potentials or causing surface flashover of insulation components,which becomes an important factor restricting the reliable operation of GIS.Based on the force situation of metal particles in GIS,combined with numerical simulation analysis,the influencing factors of the lifting voltage of particles are obtained,including particle material density of particles,particle radius,gas dielectric constant,and degree of electric field non-uniformity.The lifting voltage of particles is directly proportional to the density and radius,and inversely proportional to the gas dielectric constant and electric field non-uniformity.At the same time,GIS products were used for particle motion tests to verify the relationship between particles of different sizes and the lifting voltage,and the jumping characteristics of particle are obtained.Particles with smaller radii have higher jumping heights and higher activity,making it easy for them to jump onto the insulation and cause surface flashover of the insulation.However,particles with relatively large radii can cause significant local electric field distortion,which can easily lead to insulation damage between high and low potentials.The study and analysis of the lifting motion of metal particles provide important references for suppressing particle motion and improving the reliability of GIS.关键词
