Development for Main Parameters Optimization Design Software of High Speed Angular Contact Ball Bearings
摘要
Abstract
High speed angular contact ball bearings are essential components in high-speed rotating equipment,and their performance directly affects the reliability and service life of the equipment.The design of traditional angular contact ball bearings is based on repeated trial and error,and traditional bearing optimization design only sets the optimal objective of a single objective function,which cannot take into account the comprehensive performance of the bearing.In order to improve the comprehensive performance of high-speed angular contact ball bearings,a grid based optimization design method is proposed and a set of high-speed angular contact ball bearing main parameter optimization design software is developed.The software aims to minimize the rolling ratio,maximize the axial stiffness,and maximize the rated dynamic load of high-speed angular contact ball bearings.The optimization objectives include the inner groove curvature coefficient,outer groove curvature coefficient,ball diameter,number of balls,and center circle diameter.Design variable constraints are set,and a highly flexible"User Parameter Correction Interface"is designed to adjust the range of optimization objectives.The software can provide a user interface for setting the weight coefficients of the objective function and a complete function for exporting optimization design reports.Based on the objective function and constraint conditions set by the user,the software can automatically optimize the design and provide optimization results and performance analysis.Using high-speed angular contact ball bearing main parameter optimization design software,taking 7004 bearing as the research object,the results show that the software can optimize the design parameters of angular contact ball bearing,and it provides reference for the design and application of high-speed angular contact ball bearings.关键词
