Abstract
The optical module is an important component of the signal pre-processing cabinet.It is susceptible to external environmental interference,which can affect the system accuracy.In order to reduce the impact of external vibrations on the optical module,a vibration reduction method using spring suspension is proposed.Firstly,a mechanical model of the spring suspension is established,and the isolation amount of the system is theoretically analyzed.Secondly,based on several different specifications of spring vibration tests,two types of springs with better vibration reduction performance are selected.Finally,the experimental results are compared between two installation methods,spring suspension with better vibration reduction performance and air damping isolator.The results show that the optical module with spring suspension has the best isolation effect,which can reduce the full frequency band by more than 30 dB above 10 Hz in practical use scenarios.At the 100 Hz frequency point,the isolation ability is around 40 dB,which can meet practical requirements.关键词
