Abstract
A method of writing a script program is described using GNU Octave to process the time-sequence voltage signals collected by a data acquisition instrument from the action mechanism of an injection moulding machine during injection,so as to calculate and analyze the action of each mechanism.Through the script program,the collected data are pre-processed,and then the sampled values with certain fluctuations are converted into a collection of values of different lengths by horizontal line segmentation.On this basis,the collected data set is separated into cycles,and the multi-cycle data is decomposed into several independent single cycles,and in each independent cycle,the determination of the action nodes of each mechanism within the cycle is completed by combining the horizontal line segmentation with the relationships of time-travel,time-velocity,time-acceleration and so on,which are generated according to the sampling frequency.In a single cycle,by fusing the collected voltage data of different action mechanisms(e.g.moving templates,injection screws,etc.),the similarities and differences of injection moulding actions in different cycles can be compared more intuitively,and at the same time,eigenvalue calculations can also be made in the time domain/frequency domain on the fused cycle data,which can provide a good data basis for subsequent analysis of the stability of multi-cycles.关键词
