基于猫眼效应的多功能激光红外窃听窃视检测设备设计
Design of Multifunctional Laser Infrared Eavesdropping and Surveillance Detection Device Based on Cat-eye Effect

Abstract
In response to the increasing threat to privacy and security posed by optical theft technologies such as covert/remote surveillance and laser eavesdropping,as well as the inability of existing anti-theft technologies to simultaneously address multiple theft methods,a multifunctional laser infrared eavesdropping and surveillance detection device is designed based on the cat eye effect and laser active detection.The device consists of a two-dimensional pan tilt,a near-infrared camera,a zoom lens,a filter and its switching control module,a laser,and an information processing computer.The pan tilt structure design,infrared optical system design,laser selection,electronics design,and software design are carried out to enable the device to have alarm and positioning functions for covert/remote surveillance and laser eavesdropping.Functional verification tests are conducted on the equipment,and the results show a 100%detection rate for covert/remote surveillance and laser eavesdropping.The false alarm rate detected by indoor concealed cameras shall not exceed 10%.The false alarm rate detected by remote surveillance cameras shall not exceed 5%,and the detection distance shall not be less than 150 m.The false alarm rate of laser eavesdropping detection shall not exceed 5%.The experimental results verify that the device can effectively achieve alarm and location of various optical theft,with the characteristic of one machine for multiple uses,achieving the purpose of protecting privacy and confidentiality security.关键词
