Development of Industrial Robot Virtual and Real Experiment Curriculum System Based on Robot Center

Abstract
In the context of new engineering disciplines,the demand for mechanical engineering talent is growing steadily.However,domestic industrial robots exhibit numerous shortcomings in industrial production and practical teaching.A practical curriculum system of"virtual-real-virtual progression"based on the domestic industrial robot application software"Robot Center"is developed,to improve the quality of talent cultivation in mechanical majors and promote the development of domestic industrial robots at the same time.The virtual workstation is constructed by using the H6-A industrial robot virtual training platform and"Robot Center"software,provides units such as robots,warehousing components,fixtures,and positioners.Based on FANUC physical industrial robots,a workstation is developed that integrates functions such as handling,welding,visual recognition,and assembly.The experiments curriculum provides virtual experiment of motor assembly based on robot center,practical experiment of handling and palletizing based on FANUC,and virtual experiment of comprehensive project development based on Robot Center.Through open-ended project development experiments,teams for three sessions are selected to participate in competitions.From 2022 to 2024,one first prize,one second prize,and two third prizes are won in the Zhejiang Intelligent Robot Creativity Competition(Industrial Robot Application Challenge).The practical results show that the experiment greatly improves the utilization rate of equipment,the richness of the course and the comprehensive practical ability of students.关键词
