Automated Assembly Production Line for Picture Frames Based on Modular Design
摘要
Abstract
The production process of picture frames is analyzed and optimized.Through the modular design concept,four key technical problems in the automated assembly of picture frames are focused on and solved.The technology of the automatic assembly module for picture frame corner bracket is emphasized to achieve precise positioning and efficient assembly of corner codes.The technology of the automatic assembly module for picture frames is deeply explored to enhance the overall assembly efficiency and stability.The technology of the automatic chamfering module for the four corners of picture frames is paid attention to,ensuring smooth and beautiful corner processing and improving product quality.The technology of the automatic assembly module for the back plate spring pieces and hanging parts of picture frames is innovatively studied to realize the automatic installation of back plate components,further promoting the intelligence and automation level of the picture frame production line.The designed production line can achieve automated production of picture frame assembly,and can simultaneously accommodate four types of products,with the smallest product size of 400 mm×500 mm and the largest product size of 610 mm×910 mm.The repeatability accuracy of the back plate assembly production line meets±0.1 mm,and the production efficiency of the automated production line reaches 200 pcs/h.The research not only provides technical support for the transformation and upgrading of the picture frame manufacturing industry,but also offers a reference model and experience for the automated production of similar products.关键词
