摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce the time of vehicle access and improve the intelligent and automatic performance of the transporter,the control system of the vehicle access and transfer transporter is the core key.The overall mechanism and the working principle of the control system of a comb type intelligent transporter is introduced in detail.The transporter is controlled by high-performance vector frequency converter,which can realize dynamic stepless speed change.The photoelectric switch is used to locate the transporter,which is accurate and convenient.The whole machine adopts a distributed control system,the modular unit is relatively independent,good scalability,simple to use,easy to operate,its control system uses Siemens S7-1200 series PLC as the core,and based on MCGS configuration software technology,man-machine interaction is achieved,the working principle and control scheme of the equipment are described in detail.The field experiment results show that the single carrying time of the transporter is controlled within 30 s,and the rated lifting weight is up to 2.7 t.Compared with the traditional comb type transporter,the design realizes the intelligent control of the transporter,and the vehicle access efficiency is significantly improved.
