Abstract
Due to the determination of coal blending ratio based on simple linear programming,the combustion characteristics of different types of coal are quite different in the current coal blending method.Simple blending cannot give full play to the advantages of various types of coal,resulting in poor energy saving and emission reduction effect.Therefore,a flexible blending and firing optimization method for thermal power units based on improved greedy algorithm is studied.The BP neural network is used to accurately predict the coal quality characteristics of different coal types,which provides basic input for the subsequent dynamic optimization model of coal blending and firing.The dynamic optimization model is built to find the best coal blending and firing scheme,and to achieve a win-win situation of economic benefit and environmental protection performance.When solving the model,the improved greedy algorithm is used to search for the global optimal solution and generate the best coal blending and firing scheme.The experimental results show that the flexible coal blending and blending optimization method for thermal power units can significantly reduce NOx and SO2 emissions,and show better coal consumption performance under different boiler loads,with an R2 value of 0.92,which proves the significant advantages and application potential of the method in energy saving and emission reduction and improving energy utilization efficiency.关键词
