Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of electromagnetic performance without decreasing and increasing cost,the electromagnetic vibration optimization method of single V-shape interior permanent magnet motor under symmetrical pole angle brings great challenges to engineers.Firstly,the electromagnetic field model of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor is established,and the radial electromagnetic force density of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor before optimization is calculated by the formula.Under the symmetrical angle optimization method,the amplitude of electromagnetic force density decreases with the increase of the angle,but the torque also decreases significantly and reaches a minimum of 3%.When the asymmetric angle optimization is analyzed,it is found that when the left permanent magnet rotates 1°counterclockwise around point A,and the right permanent magnet remains unchanged,the radial electromagnetic force density amplitude decreases by 2.99%,and the torque is 1.689 N·m,which is only reduced by 1.2%.The vibration performance of the winding and core under the action of sine wave excitation is calculated by finite element software,and the vibration velocity of the two components before and after optimization is consistent.The simulation shows that the vibration velocity of the core and winding of the compressor motor is reduced by 87.6%and 81.7%,which also verifies the feasibility of optimizing the asymmetric rotation angle of V-shaped permanent magnet and provides a new method for the optimization of vibration and noise optimization of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor.
