Abstract
Thin-walled structure is more and more widely used in various fields,but the deformation caused by thin-walled workpiece during machining is an important problem affecting the quality of thin-walled workpiece.How to select the best cutting parameters and maximize the control of the deformation of thin-walled workpiece is still difficult.In view of the industry problem that the deformation of aluminum alloy deep cavity thin-walled workpiece machined,orthogonal test of the influence of different cutting parameters on the side milling force is carried out.The optimal combination of cutting parameters is obtained by using the analysis of variance,and an empirical formula for the side milling force of aluminum alloy is formed.Then,by referring to the Navier method,the influence of cutting parameters on the deformation of thin-walled workpiece is explored through the calculation formula of the relationship between cutting force and workpiece deformation deflection.The prediction formula of the deformation of the aluminum alloy thin-walled workpiece is obtained,and the deformation of the aluminum alloy thin-walled workpiece is verified by the cutting test.It is proved that the prediction formula of the influence of cutting parameters on the deformation of aluminum alloy thin-walled workpiece is basically correct,which has guiding significance for selecting suitable cutting parameters for machining aluminum alloy thin-walled workpiece with deep cavity and can be used in actual production.关键词
