Abstract
In the type test of an electric multiple units(EMU)gearbox,a pinion shaft bearing burned failure occurred during the low-temperature start test.Taking this failure problem as the research object,by extracting the temperature and speed data recorded in the test and establishing the curves,using the relevant calculation methods to establish the temperature rise rate curve,it is found that the speed suddenly decreases and the temperature of the pinion bearing suddenly rises and exceeds the design limit.Fishbone diagram method in the quality tool is used to decompose the cause of the problem from 18 items in 6 aspects of man-machine-material environmental measurement.The theoretical calculation method is adopted,combined with the lubricating oil parameters of the EMU gearbox,and the variation model of lubricating oil viscosity with temperature is established.Combined with the structural characteristics of the EMU gearbox,the heat transfer and lubrication principle of the bearing during the low temperature start of the gearbox are analyzed.By comparing with the gearbox with the same parameters,it is found that the biggest cause of this problem is the unreasonable structural design of the gearbox,and the solution suggestions are put forward in the layout of the lubrication system and related structures.According to the optimization suggestions,the EMU gearbox of the same power level is redeveloped,and the low-temperature start-up test under the same man-machine environmental test conditions is passed,which provided experience for the layout of the EMU gearbox lubrication system and related structure design.关键词
