摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of incomplete quality of binary composite filter rods in cigarette production without relevant testing for effective detection and removal,photoelectric edge detection and suction resistance detection technology are developed comprehensively.the length and offset of the filter rod during transportation are directly measured through optical fibers.Combined with pressure stabilization and pressure voltage conversion modules,the airflow resistance at the end of the cigarette filter rod is indirectly detected.Experimental results have shown that a comprehensive detection method based on photoelectric edge detection and suction resistance detection can effectively detect damaged filter rods inside cigarettes.This method can effectively identify and remove damaged filter rods with a length shortened by more than 5 mm and a suction resistance exceeding the limit(>20Pa),with a detection and removal rate of up to 90%,significantly improving the quality control level of cigarette composite filters.A comprehensive detection device based on photo-electric and suction resistance detection methods is developed to effectively detect cigarette composite filter rods.The research innovatively integrates direct measurement and indirect analysis technologies,providing an efficient and accurate solution for cigarette production quality monitoring,improving the quality control level.It not only solves practical problems in the industry,but also provides strong support for the intelligent and refined development of the cigarette industry.
