Abstract
Spring wire is an emerging automatic wire collection material in the lifter industry in recent years.Currently,there is little theoretical and in-depth systematic research.The requirements for deformation,maximum shear stress,and pitch diameter were proposed,the tension spring is the key research object.The commonly used linear spring analysis method considers the spring as an ideal spring,which cannot analyze the tension spring with stretched and subjected to linear load,and does not calculate the pitch diameter.Using the method of combining micro-element with limits,based on the linear characteristic of the spring under line load,the determination formula for whether the spring wire undergoes axial deformation and the calculation formula for axial deformation at any position are derived.Furthermore,the maximum shear stress of the stretched spring and the approximate pitch diameter calculation formula for each coil are derived.The research process and results were demonstrated through practical cases,and the correctness of the research method was verified through actual measurement of the pitch diameter during project implementation and analysis of the maximum shear stress using ANSYS Workbench finite element software.Solved the theoretical calculation problem of spring wire,provided reference for designing spring wire,and provided reference for analyzing springs that can withstand similar loads.关键词
