Abstract
The building rebound tester is an instrument used to test the compressive strength of concrete,bricks and mortar.Its principle is to obtain the rebound value by hitting the tested surface,and the rebound value and the compressive strength of the tested surface are used as relevant indicators to determine the compressive strength of the tested object.On the premise of ensuring the manufacturing accuracy of the rebound tester parts and the stability of the system program,it is also necessary to test the durability of the rebound tester.Therefore,an impact tester is needed to conduct continuous impact tests to examine the hardware and software quality of the rebound instrument.The innovative designs of the reciprocating mechanism,CAM mechanism,sound absorption and sound insulation devices of the tester are completed.SolidWorks software is used for part modeling,assembly fit simulation and part processing drawing,etc.During the device debugging,the rebound values in the four Angle directions after 1 000 incremental impacts are all stable within the limit tolerance of 83±2,and the rebound values after gradually increasing to 10 000 impacts are also all within the range of 83±2.Both the angular direction and the values after cumulative bullet strikes are distributed within the range of four standard value ranges.The noise test result shows that it is(100±2)dB in the on state and below(80±2)dB in the off state.The results show that the service life of each component of the rebound tester can be effectively monitored,and the structural optimization design of the related parts is carried out specifically,which improves the comprehensive performance of the rebound tester products and reduces the manufacturing cost.关键词
