商业功能的引入常被视为提升历史街区活力的有效手段,但过度商业化易对历史环境造成破坏.文章引入"商业适宜度"这一概念,以西安回坊历史街区内的14条主要街巷为例,基于POI及街景数据,对其商业化程度与街巷活力进行量化分析,重点关注商业化程度高但活力偏低的街巷.研究发现,伴随过度商业化产生的无序自发性建造行为,会导致街区天空可视度降低、绿化配置不足,不仅破坏街巷的传统空间形态,干扰居民日常生活,更降低了历史街区的商业适宜度,对历史街区的空间形态和风貌特色造成负面影响.基于此,文章认为亟须关注与应对历史街区过度商业化趋势,并提出相应的对策.

The integration of commercial functions is an effective means to enhance the vitality of historic areas,while excessive commercialisation often disrupts historic environments.Introducing the concept of 'commercial suitability',this article undertakes a quantitative analysis of commercial intensity and street vitality across 14 main streets within Xi'an Muslim Quarter,Shaanxi Province,by using POI(Points of Interest)and street view data.It pays particular attention to streets of high levels of commercialisation but low street vitality.The findings demonstrate that excessive commer-cialisation,accompanied by unordered and sponta-neous construction additions,reduces sky visibility,limits greenery,disrupts traditional spatial forms and everyday life of local residents,and diminishes the commercial suitability of historic areas,nega-tively impacting the spatial forms and characteris-tics of the residential areas.The article underscores the urgent need to address the trend of excessive commercialisation and puts forward corresponding strategies.
