地铁车辆旋转式抗蛇行减振器参数优化及应用分析
Parameter Optimization and Application Analysis of Rotary Yaw Damper in Metro Vehicles

Abstract
In order to further improve the stability of existing medium speed metro vehicles and solve the problem that yaw dampers cannot be installed due to insufficient structural space,a rotary yaw damper(hereinafter referred to as rotary damper)suitable for railway vehicles is proposed,which not only has small installation space and flexible installation,but also has the advantages of reliable structure and better heat dissipation performance.Based on the working principle of the rotary damper,the mathematical model of the rotary damper and the more accurate AMESim model are established,and the co-simulation of the AMESim model of the rotary damper and the subway vehicle dynamics SIMPACK model are established through MATLAB/Simulink to optimize and match the damping characteristic parameters of the rotary damper(including unloading force and unloading torque),and analyze the influence of the rotary damper on the dynamic performance of the vehicle system.The simulation results show that the rotary damper can replace yaw damper to provide the rotary damping,and make the medium speed metro vehicle have better stability and stationarity under the condition of ensuring the safety of curve passing.关键词
