馈能式悬架耦合振动系统相似建模方法
Similarity Modeling Method for Coupling Vibration System with Energy-regenerative Suspension

Abstract
The energy-regenerative suspension can convert the vehicle vibration energy to the electrical energy for the micro-power devices,but the electromagnetic coupling effect maybe affect the vehicle dynamic performances.Considering the influence of electromagnetic coupling on the energy-regenerative suspension's dynamic characteristics,the differential equations of a quarter car vibration system with the energy-regenerative suspension are derived.Based on the similar principle,the circuit model of the vehicle mechanical vibration system is established,and the finite element co-simulation model of the mechanical-electromagnetic coupling vibration system is established by Maxwell and MATLAB/Simulink,and the model verification is carried out.Furthermore,the vehicle body acceleration and suspension dynamic deflection characteristics under harmonic,bump and random road displacement excitations,are simulated and compared respectively with those of the vehicle mechanical vibration system.It shows that the results of the proposed model are basically consistent with those obtained through the numerical method,while the dynamic response differences between the proposed model and the mechanical model without considering the coupling effects are in the range 12.12%-16.67%.关键词
