Abstract
In order to address the difficulties in roof caving and large-scale hanging roof in areas with particularly hard roof strata during mining operations,advanced blasting techniques were employed to weaken the strata,ensuring safe extraction in the work area.Based on the tested parameters of the roof strata and rock blasting theory,the radius of the blasting fracture zone was calculated.Using the finite element software ANSYS-LS/DYNA,the relationship between the Von Mises stress peak and the dynamic compressive strength of the rock was determined,and the spacing between blastholes was established.Additionally,an AB material plugging technique was designed to simplify the plugging process,significantly reducing the blasting waiting time.The maximum plugging length was calculated,and a formula for the minimum plugging length was derived.Based on this,blasthole parameters for No.360606 Face ventilation and access tunnels were designed,maintaining a periodic step distance of about 15.8 meters during the excavation period,effectively preventing hanging roof occurrences and ensuring excellent blasting results with no misfires.关键词
