Abstract

The planar mobile three-dimensional garage has a large capacity and diverse forms,with higher requirements for parking space allocation and more diverse load forms.Therefore,to study the load spectrum of a three-dimensional parking garage,a planar mobile three-dimensional parking garage was taken as a representative case.Probability and statistical methods were used to establish an alternating load spectrum suitable for three-dimensional parking structures based on vehicle access strategies.The four-point rain flow counting method was further used to statistically analyze the load spectrum and fit the marginal distribution.The results show that the mean load follows a normal distribution with a mean of 9.876 kN and a standard deviation of 0.493 kN.The amplitude follows a dual parameter Weibull distribution with a shape parameter of 1.603 and a scale parameter of 2.048.By extrapolating parameters,the load frequency of the entire life cycle was obtained,and corresponding 8-level two-dimensional load spectrum and one-dimensional load spectrum were established.Based on the Miner linear damage criterion,this paper applies the load spectrum to predict the fatigue life of steel column bracket joints under moving loads.The actual fatigue life is consistent with the assumption,demonstrating the reasonableness of assumption.
