摘要

Abstract

Ultra-high speed laser cladding is a new surface coating technology.The optimal coupling of powder and laser can greatly improve the cladding efficiency,obtain better surface quality,and reduce the damage to the substrate.In order to improve the properties of high temperature resistance and hardness,the Ti coating on the surface of high thermal conductivity Al-Si alloy and 604 steel matrix is coated by ultra-high speed laser cladding technology.The microstructure and phase composition of the coating are characterized by SEM and EDS,and the hardness properties are studied.The experimental results show that 40µm Ti reinforced Al-Si substrate coating and 110µm Ti reinforced 604 steel substrate coating have been successfully prepared by ultra-high speed laser cladding technology.The Ti coating has a good bonding interface with Al-Si matrix and 6.4 steel matrix,and the coating density is high.The transition zone width between Ti coating and Al-Si matrix is about 8 µm,and the transition zone width between Ti coating and 604 steel matrix is about 4 µm.The microhardness of Al-Si matrix enhanced by Ti coating increases from HV56.1 to HV118.8.The microhardness of 604 steel is increased from HV297.05 to HV363.15 by Ti coating.
