Mittag-Leffler Stability Study of Fractional-order Neutral-type Neural Networks with Transmission Delay

Abstract
Compared to traditional neural networks,fractional-order neural networks exhibit enhanced information storage and data processing capabilities due to their unique mathematical structure and computational mechanisms.They have achieved superior performance in fields such as associative memory,pattern recognition,and brain-like neuroscience.Signal transmission and switching will inevitably lead to time delays in systems,therefore,the existing fractional-order neural network model is optimized by introducing factors such as transmission delay,distributed delay,and neutral-type delay.This leads to the development of a generalized fractional-order neutral-type neural network model incorporating transmission delay.Based on fractional calculus operations,Lyapunov functional theory,and Halanay-type lemma,in conjunction with methods such as linear matrix inequalities and free-weight matrices,the Mittag-Leffler stability problem of this model is thoroughly analyzed,and stability criteria for the model is deduced.The feasibility of the obtained result is further verified through numerical example.关键词
