Abstract

In order to further study the influence of temperature control measures and temperature stress on concrete performance during the construction of mass concrete floor,this paper relies on the construction practice of raft foundation in an industrial plant in Liaocheng,Shan-dong Province,and conducts a systematic study on temperature rise and temperature stress through on-site monitoring and numerical simulation technology.The results show that the peak temperature reaches 57.6℃and the maximum temperature rise reaches 33.9℃about 3 days after the concrete floor is poured.In the whole monitoring process,the temperature difference between the surface and the inside was up to 11.5℃,which met the requirements of the code.At the same time,the numerical simulation results show that the temperature reaches the peak value of 51.92℃and the temperature rise reaches the peak value of 28.21℃at the 3rd day after the concrete floor pouring is completed.Both the maximum temperature and temperature rise are lower than the standard limits.The peak temperature stress reaches 2.29 MPa about 115 h after concrete floor pouring,which meets the requirements of crack prevention.
