摘要

Abstract

In order to optimize the deficiencies of low concentration CBM VT adsorption purification technology in terms of explosion suppression technology,real-time monitoring and automation control,a monitoring system based on MCGS configuration software is developed to monitor the purification process in real time and realize the automation control of the whole process.The verification of the whole process operation is completed by setting the relative pressure of tower A as 1.46 MPa and the cycle time as 24 s for simulation.The system is designed with four configuration screens with functions such as equipment control operation,alarm status display,real-time curve and historical curve query,which fully meets the actual needs of industrial sites.In addition,the system incorporates efficient configuration logic and human-computer interaction optimization in the design,which significantly improves the convenience and safety of operation.The visual management and intelligent control of the entire adsorption and purification process is achieved through the collaborative work of the MCGS touch screen and related sensors.The features of the system include high degree of automation,stable and reliable operation,friendly interface and easy expansion,which has a wide range of industrial application prospect.
